Ingredients
1pkg.2-layer-size strawberry cake mix
1(8-oz.
)containerfrozen whipped dessert topping, thawed
1/2to1cuppowdered sugar
Nonstick cooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Place powdered sugar in a small bowl.
Coat a 2-tsp-size cookie scoop with cooking spray.
Place balls 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets.
Coat scoop with cooking spray between cookies as necessary, to prevent sticking.
Bake until edges are just set, 8 to 10 minutes.
Cool on cookie sheets 2 minutes.
Remove; cool completely on wire racks.
How to Store Strawberry Fluffies
Place cooled cookies in an airtight container.
Store, covered, at room temperature up to 3 days.
To freeze, layer cookies between waxed paper in an airtight container.
Cover; freeze up to 3 months.
