Don’t have a grill?
Bake, air fry, or saute the meat instead.
Cover and process until smooth.
Pour into a measuring cup and add enough water to reach 1 cup.
Marinate Chicken
Place chicken in a large bowl or zip-top bag.
Add marinade and toss to coat evenly.
Cover or seal and chill at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
Grill Chicken
Preheat a greased grill over medium.
Grill chicken, turning occasionally, until fully cooked (175F), 12 to 15 minutes.
Transfer chicken to a cutting board and loosely tent with foil.
Let rest 10 minutes before slicing or chopping.
Store up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
Place cooked chicken in an airtight container and freeze up to 3 months.
To reheat, thaw in the refrigerator overnight and reheat until the internal temperature is 165F.
If using frozen, raw chicken, place thighs in zip-top bag.
