Ingredients

4croissants

1/4cupstoneground mustard, divided

8slicesthinly sliceddeli ham(8oz.

Add Mustard

Spread 1 Tbsp mustard on the inside of the pocket of each croissant.

Repeat with remaining croissants.

Flatten

Place filled croissants on a cutting board or surface.

Press

Melt 2 Tbsp butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.

Once butter is melted and starting to bubble, add the flattened croissant.

Place a heavy pan on top to press down the sandwich.

Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until the exterior is starting to brown.

Finish and Serve

Drizzle 1 Tbsp honey over the golden croissant to coat both sides.

Transfer sandwich to a piece of parchment on a cutting board.
