Fill with cold water and rub rice together with hands until water turns milky white.

Cook the Rice
Add rice to a small saucepan with 1 1/2 cups water.
Remove from heat and let stand, covered for 5 minutes.

Gently press rice into the bottom of a 2-qt.
For shrimp filling, in a medium bowl stir together cream cheese, 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp.
sriracha, green onions, garlic, and honey until smooth.

Spread the shrimp mixture over the rice.
sesame seeds, 2 Tbsp.
sesame oil, and 1/8 tsp.

Evenly sprinkle crunchy topping over the shrimp mixture.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and shrimp is cooked through.

Serve Drizzled with Mayo
Drizzle the baked sushi bake with spicy mayo.
Top with avocado, cucumber, sliced green onion, and additional sesame seeds.
Serve warm or at room temperature with cut squares of nori.
