Borax

Borax, a white mineral powder, is anatural productthat can clean mold in the bathroom.

Mix one cup borax with one gallon warm water.

Pour some of the solution into a spray bottle.

Distilled White Vinegar

Distilled white vinegar is a great option for removing mold from the bathroom.

Dilute it toclean tile floors, or use it directly on your shower head, drain, or toilet.

While undiluted white vinegar might not have a delightful scent,vinegar is a great way to cleanmold.

For difficult-to-remove mold, scrub with a bristle brush.

First, identify the source.

Is there a leak above the bathroom?

If so, eliminate the leak before cleaning mold from the bathroom ceiling.

The next step is to clean the mold from the bathroom ceiling.

Start by spraying the area with avinegar solution.

If not, you’ll need to scrape off and replace the affected ceiling area.

If you have scrubbable painted walls, apply the vinegar directly to the mold and scrub it away.

Allow the area to dry, then cover it with astain-blocking paint.

Hire a professional to remove the mold instead.

For small applications, mix two tablespoons borax into two cups warm water and funnel into a spray bottle.
