Catmint (Nepetaspp.

)is one of the toughest perennials you’re able to grow.

It usually produces its first flowers in mid-May.

It rests in June, starts reblooming in July, and continues until thefirst frost.

The two blooming seasons produce different size panicles (clusters of flowers).

The summer andfall flowersusually arent as big as thespring blooms, but theyll still bring beauty to your garden.

This lilac hybrid is extremely fragrant, but not with the classic lilac scent.

Its fragrance is described by many gardeners as “honey sweetness.”
