Sliced herb turkey tenderloins

Place turkey tenderloins in the bag.

Make Marinade

In a small bowl, whisk together 4 Tbsp.

Add marinade to bag.

Seal bag; turn to coat.

Marinate in the refrigerator 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Drain and discard marinade.

Blot tenderloins dry with paper towels, but leave any clinging herbs in place.

Sear Tenderloins

Preheat oven to 400F.

Heat remaining 1 Tbsp.

oil in a large oven-going skillet over medium heat.

Sear until golden brown, 1 to 2 minutes on each side.

Bake

Transfer skillet to the oven.

Bake 16 minutes or until done (165F).

Let Rest and Slice

Transfer turkey tenderloins to a cutting board.

Let rest 10 minutes.

Thinly slice to serve.

How to Make Turkey Tenderloin in the Air Fryer

Preheat air fryer to 360F.

Brush turkey tenderloins with remaining 1 Tbsp.

Place tenderloins in air fryer basket.

Cook 20 to 25 minutes, turning once, until done (165F).

Let rest 10 minutes.

Thinly slice to serve.
