Ingredients
2(8-oz.
Season chicken pieces with 1/2 tsp.
In another shallow dish whisk together egg and 2 Tbsp.
In a third shallow dish stir together panko and the remaining 2 Tbsp.
Dredge Chicken Pieces
Dredge chicken pieces in flour mixture to coat, then dip in egg mixture.
Coat with panko mixture, pressing to adhere panko.
Pan Fry Chicken Pieces
In a large skillet heat 2 Tbsp.
olive oil over medium.
Repeat with additional 2 Tbsp.
olive oil and the two remaining chicken pieces.
Make Sandwiches
Serve chicken in buns with toppers and Buttermilk Ranch Dressing.
How to Make a Baked Chicken Sandwich
Preheat oven to 450F.
Place a wire rack in a shallow baking pan.
Prepare chicken as directed through Step 3.
Place chicken pieces on rack in pan.
Bake until golden brown and chicken is done (165F), 15 minutes.
How to Make an Air-Fried Chicken Sandwich
Preheat air fryer to 400F.
Prepare chicken as directed through Step 3.
Coat one side of chicken pieces with olive oil cooking spray.
Add chicken to basket, sprayed side up; cook 4 minutes.
