Try this forThanksgiving dinnerif you’re looking for a twist on the classic roast turkey.

Ingredients

4turkey wings(3 to 3 1/2 lb.

total)

2lemons(1 zested and juiced [1 tsp.

zest, 3 Tbsp.

If wing tips are present, remove and reserve them to make stock.

Blot wings dry with paper towels.

Place wings in a 3-qt.

Drizzle over wings; toss to coat evenly.

Cover and marinate in the refrigerator at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.

Bake Turkey Wings

Preheat oven to 350F.

Cover dish with foil.

Add potatoes and onion to the dish.

Cover again with foil.

Bake 30 minutes more.

Make Sauce and Serve

Transfer wings and vegetables to a serving dish, cover to keep warm.

Transfer cooking liquid to a measuring cup.

Add 2 cups of the remaining liquid to a small saucepan.

Whisk together cornstarch and 2 Tbsp.

Add to cooking liquid.

Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.

Drizzle over wings and vegetables.

Garnish with additional fresh rosemary and lemon wedges.
