Here, tenderturkey breastis breaded with a rich Parmesan cheese mixture and pan-fried until golden brown.

Serve the finished turkey cutlet recipe with fresh lemon to brighten up the dish.

Parmesan turkey cutlets

It’s a new twist on anItalian classic.

Place the cutlet on a cutting board.

Place a piece of plastic wrap on top and use a meat mallet to flatten.

Serve as a sandwich orchicken parmesan-style.

Place a wire rack on a large rimmed baking sheet.

Add Seasoning

Sprinkle cutlets with salt and pepper.

Bread Cutlets

Combine panko, parmesan, and garlic powder in a shallow dish.

Place flour into another shallow dish.

Whisk egg with 1 tablespoon of water in a shallow bowl.

Repeat with remaining cutlets.

Fry

Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high.

Sear cutlets two at a time until golden brown, 2 minutes per side.

Remove from skillet and place on prepared baking sheet.

Repeat with remaining oil and turkey cutlets.

Bake until turkey breast is 165oF, 8 to 10 minutes.

Serve with lemon wedges.
