The stems are very strong, which helps to keep the flower heads upright without additional support.
Its height makes it a solid addition to a garden border or short hedge in the landscaping.

‘Pop Star flowers, however, are of the lacecap variety with their fine-textured, lacy look.
We do have another lacecap hydrangea called ‘Twist-n-Shout’ in the Endless Summer collection.
He adds that ‘Pop Star’ “is a different beast.
Its smaller and fits in different parts of the landscape.
Thats something thats been really fun to play with.
Lacecap hydrangeas in general are great for attracting pollinators.
McEnaney points out that the lacecap blooms work well fordried flowers.
He recommends putting the stems in about two inches of water and letting them evaporate naturally.
Bloom boosters with a higher phosphorus content will do best.
Also, check the location of the plant.
The presence of nitrogen promotes green growth, but notflower production.
While pruning is not necessarily needed,deadheading the plantwill promote new blooms from spring through fall.
