1lb.pork sausage

1cupbiscuit mix

2Tbsp.milk

2cupsshredded sharp cheddar cheese(8oz.)

1/4cupgrated Parmesan cheese

2Tbsp.chopped fresh chives

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F.

Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the ground sausage and baking mix.

Using hands, thoroughly mix until combined, adding milk 1 Tbsp.

Add cheeses and chives; mix well.

Divide mixture into about 1 1/2 Tbsp portions and roll into 1 1/2- inch balls.

Arrange on prepared pan.

Bake until lightly brown, 15 minutes.
