Add Ingredients to Slow Cooker
In a 3 1/3- to 4-qt.
slow cooker, place the pepperoncini brine.
Place the roast in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle roast with the ranch dressing mix and onion soup mix.

Shred the pork with two forks.
