Colas often market themselves as refreshing beverages to quench thirst in the warmer months.

Its a boozy Diet Coke with lemon, and is far from a fussy cocktail.

Cover and shake until very cold.

Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass.

Top with diet cola.

Place a straw in the drink.

Trim edges of the lemon twist straight.

Combine vodka, limoncello, and lemon juice in a small measuring cup.

Slowly pour into the bottle (it will foam up).

Place the lemon twist loop around the neck of the bottle.
