How to Choose a Coffee Roast
The longer beans are roasted, the darker they get.
“If you like it bright and fruity, go for a light roast,” Johnson says.
“It really showcases the beans origin and natural flavors.
For something balanced, medium roast is the sweet spot.
Try a dark roast if you enjoy strong, bold coffee.”
Johnson also advises ensuring the beans are freshly roasted and sourced from a transparent producer.
